This fee applies when our engineer attends site and cannot gain access or is prevented from completing the job

We kindly ask that the home owner or representative over the age of 18 be present at time of attendance to confirm equipment locations and cosmetic appearance. Should we be asked to return and relocate installed equipment due to Customer not being present upon installation, this will be deemed chargeable.
Platinum Security has a responsibility for safe guarding of our employees during their working hours, therefore we kindly ask that guard dogs, wild animals and weapons of any kind be safely secured prior to our engineers attendance. We will not tolerate physical or verbal abuse towards our employees from customers or their sub-contractors, directly or indirectly.
